Ross Henley
Ross was brought up in Wellington and has been a town, district and county councillor for 30 years. Ross is currently the district councillor for the Blackdowns, the Neroche Hills and Hatch Beauchamp. He takes pleasure in supporting many community events, attending as many parish council meetings as possible and meeting local people. He believes strongly in supporting independent traders in Wellington and in the villages and providing more opportunities for young people. He has a particular interest in improving support for neurodiversity.

Sarah Wakefield
Sarah has lived in Pitminster Parish for over 25 years. She has proudly represented Trull, Pitminster and Corfe on the district council since being elected in May 2019. A retired property solicitor, married with three grown up children, Sarah enjoys contributing actively to parish and council meetings and helping residents with planning and other issues. She is proud of the Liberal Democrats commitment to tackling climate change and is keen to take up issues such as bus services, speeding, rat running, deteriorating road surfaces and development threats, as well as the rural isolation and business and farming issues affecting our villages and communities.
